December 1919

Wilhelm II is not extradited

Wilhelm II has been living in exile in the Netherlands since November 1918. The former German Kaiser is required to refrain from all political activity. The allies demand his extradition so that he can be tried before a court as a „war criminal.“ The Dutch government rejects this demand on 21 December 1919.
