Preparations for the „final solution of the Jewish question“

Since the German secret state police (Gestapo) is instrumental anyway an the persecution of Jews, the group leader of the security service (SS), Reinhard Heydrich, receives the assignment On 31 July 1941 from Reich Marshall Hermann Göring to make „all necessary preparations for a total solution of the Jewish question in the regions under German influence“. Nothing less than the murder of all Jews is concealed behind the formulation „final solution of the Jewish question“.
